Where are you based?
Sublime Home Improvements is based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. However we operate throughout Yorkshire, Teeside, Lancashire and Lincolnshire, and can travel to you for a home consultation.

Is there a charge for in-home consultations?
No. We offer a free, no-obligation consultation as standard, arranged at a time and date that suits you. A sales advisor will visit your home to give you a presentation, demonstrate our products, and talk through your options. This usually takes no more than an hour.

How long will it take to provide a quote?
We provide a quote at the end of our consultation, so that you have all the information you need to make a decision. You don’t have to decide right away – we’ll never put you on the spot.

Who takes care of the installation?
We do. Our team of in-house fitters have a wealth of experience in home improvements, ensuring quality workmanship and results that meet your exact requirements.

How much will my installation cost?
We provide an all-inclusive quote for the design, manufacture and installation. Because all of our products are made to order, we calculate a quote at the end of your consultation.

Does my investment come with a guarantee?
Yes. All of our products and services come with a minimum 10 years’ guarantee. Our guarantees are insurance-backed, meaning your purchase is protected no matter what.

Which insurance providers back your guarantees?
Our guarantees are fully insured by Hies and the Consumer Protection Association (CPA), who have conducted extensive due diligence on both our company and its directors. They carry out a survey on every installation, to ensure it meets their stringent standards. In doing so, you can be sure that our guarantees are the best in the industry.

What if my new doors/windows/conservatory has a fault?
At Sublime Home Improvements, we’re committed to 100% customer satisfaction. So if you’re not entirely pleased with the results, let us know. In the unlikely event that our products are faulty or need repairing, they will be covered by our guarantee for the time stated in the purchase agreement.

Are finance plans available?
Yes, we have a variety of funding options available, through Hitachi and Barclays.
